INCONTRO CON CAMILLA LACKBERG

Ieri sera ho conosciuto Camilla Lackberg, colei che è definita la regina del thriller, ma della quale possiamo aggiungere molte altre caratteristiche. Il suo ultimo romanzo è intitolato La Strega e fa parte di una lunga serie di libri che hanno come protagonista una giovane coppia, un poliziotto e una scrittrice, che cresce assieme. Il modo di fare della scrittrice è molto esuberante, ma allo stesso tempo si scorge in lei l'intelligenza con cui riesce a concepire i suoi intrecci. Posso affermare che questo incontro organizzato alla Libreria Palazzo Roberti sia ben riuscito, ma l'ingrediente che sicuramente ha contribuito in maggioranza è stata la curiosità che lei ha suscitato nel pubblico. Ho parlato poco con lei, tuttavia è riuscita a trasmettermi la voglia di continuare a scrivere e a condividere i miei pensieri con voi. Sono molto contenta di averla incontrata e in futuro, magari, ci sarà l'occasione per approfondire la nostra conoscenza. Ad ogni modo vi consiglio di affrontare le sue opere e presto, con una mia recensione, vi darò il motivo per farlo.

Yesterday I met Camilla Lackberg who is defined the queen of thriller, but there is so much more to say about her. Her most recent book is titled "The Witch" and is part of a long series of books which have as protagonist a couple, a cop and a writer, that are growing tighter. The writing style is exuberant but at the same time you can grasp the her intelligence with which she is capable of creating her plot. I will say that this event organized at Palazzo Roberti library was well executed but the most important ingredient of the night was the author's capability of creating interest in the audience. I had the chance to talk a bit with her, nonetheless she was able to pass on the will to write and share my thoughts with you. Meeting her made me very happy and, maybe, in the future there will be a chance to get to know each other better. Anyway I highly recommend you to read her books, and soon with my review I will give you a reason to do it.
